Snow, Snow, Go Away…

29 Mar

Good Morning! I woke up, yet again, to a bunch of snow outside. *sigh* I was hoping a lot of it would be melted away by now! Come on Spring weather!!

Here is a video of my dog, Jaci, playing in the snow in our backyard (and that would be my mom talking in the background 🙂

And now back to this morning…

I decided that since it was Sunday morning, and I was in no hurry, I wanted to make a special breakfast. So I turned to one of my current favorites from a special blogger: Hangry Pants!! I made her delicious recipe for Barney Butter Pancakes. I have made this recipe several times already, and it has NEVER failed me!

Here it is in all it’s glorious-ness:

Topped with more Barney Butter and banana slices. And yes, it did taste as good as it looks. 😉

I also has some cottage cheese on the side for some more protein:

Plus a Pink Lemonade Emergen-C packet because my throat has been feeling sore:

Now, I think my mom and I are going to try and venture out of the house today and run some errends. Hope you all have a fabulous Sunday!

Thanks VeggieGirl! Jaci is actually a Golden Retriever but she looks more like a lab right now because she just got a haircut! She has a LOT of hair and looks like a lion when we don’t keep her trimmed out. hahahaYou will probably be seeing her a lot on the blog! 🙂
