Protein Yogurt with Fresh Fruit

  • 1 cup Stonyfield plain yogurt (or other yogurt)
  • 1 serving all natural vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • sliced grapes
  • pom seeds

The protein powder made the yogurt nice and creamy and delish. I will definitely be making this one again…soon! It was the perfect light breakfast to get me fueled up for a busy morning. You must try this!

    I love mixing protein power with yogurt! I also like to mix a couple scoops as a shake and then using that as the milk on cereal. Its much thicker and makes the cereal a lot richer.
