Welcome to my newest hummus addiction.
- 1 can garbanzo (chickpea) beans (drained 80% of the way)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
- generous shakes of dried oregano, basil, and garlic powder
- salt, added to taste
combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Dive in head first.
