It’s Hump Day! Which means the weekend is in sight, yeah yeah yeah!
TIme to celebrate with the Wednesday Party…
*a few recent eats*
oatmeal pancake (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup egg whites, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla extract) with protein frosting and ground flax. Loving me some grapefruit!
orange almond protein bake with coconut butter + cottage cheese
salmon burger/marinara/avocado on top of frozen veggie mix
blackberries + cottage cheese
banana + dip: chocolate banana Trutein protein mixed with almond butter and almond milk
salad massaged with gauc and balsamic vinegar. topped with garlic gold nuggets and green olives
cheesy zucchini bake based off this recipe
Spinach feta chicken sausage and marinara stir fry and healthy mac n cheese—>made this recipe before and loved it just as much this time!

as frosting for my chocolate cake dessert!
1 serving protein powder, 1 scoop peanut flour, 1 tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder, 2 scoops pumpkin, big pour of almond milk, stevia.
Combine and microwave for about 1 minute, depending on microwave. Watch it carefully if you like it fudgy and slightly undercooked like me. 😀 And for the record, cashew butter = cookie dough. Nom.
It was a cardio day for me and I had something special and *new* planned.
YEAH TURBO FIRE!!! Loving it! I have done Chalene’s older series, Turbo Jam, so I slightly knew what to expect but MAN, this kicked the notch up about 10 degrees! It will take me a few times to get down the moves, but I had a blast with it and am excited to have this now at the apartment.
I have a busy day of school work to accomplish so it’s time to get to it. Gotta be productive now so I can enjoy the weekend, right?! Hope you all have a great day, I shall return. 😉
