Healthy High Protein Chocolate Cake

I say this Tuesday calls for a recipe. Enjoy!

This is a super simple, easy to throw together healthy dessert that I make occasionally, varying the ingredients used. Here’s a nice one to nix a chocolate craving!

Ingredients:

  • 3 servings protein powder (90 grams)
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • dash of stevia
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping tsp baking powder

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350* for approximately 20-25 minutes—>will vary depending on oven used, protein powder used, and preference of a fudgier dessert or a more cake-like dessert. I usually like it less done so it’s gooey in the middle. 😉
